Local Seller definition

Local Seller means, in respect of a Carve-Out, the entity that is transferring the relevant Business (to the extent conducted by it) to the relevant Local Purchaser as set forth in the Separation Allocation Chart;
Local Seller means a seller under a Local Agreement.
Local Seller means, in each case, the relevant Subsidiary of Seller that holds the relevant Specified Assets and effects a Local Transfer pursuant to this Agreement.
