Local purchaser definition
Local purchaser means a person who buys a Wisconsin food product at a retail location near the place where the food product is produced, or for resale at a retail location near the place where the food product is produced.
Local purchaser means, in respect of a Carve-Out, the entity that is acquiring the relevant Business from the relevant Local Seller as set forth in the Separation Allocation Chart;
