Liquidation Report definition

Liquidation Report. The report with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan in such form and containing such information as is agreed to by the Servicer and the Trustee.

Liquidation Report. The report with respect to a Liquidated Mortgage Loan in such form as is agreed to by the Servicer and the Trustee listing (i) the sale price of the related Mortgaged Property or amount of the REO Disposition, (ii) the amount of any Realized Loss (or gain) with respect to such Liquidated Mortgage Loan, (iii) the expenses relating to the liquidation of such Liquidated Mortgage Loan and (iv) such other information as is agreed to by the Servicer and the Trustee.

Liquidation Report shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.03(d).

Examples of Liquidation Report in a sentence

• The Special Servicer shall withdraw from each applicable REO Account and remit to the Master Servicer for deposit into the Collection Account on a monthly basis prior to the related Master Servicer Remittance Date the Excess Liquidation Proceeds received or collected from each REO Property during the related Collection Period, along with a notation of the amount of such Excess Liquidation Proceeds in the CREFC® REO Liquidation Report.

• Any such Mortgage Loan so purchased shall be purchased by the Master Servicer or the Certificate Insurer as the case may be on a Monthly Remittance Date at a purchase price equal to the Loan Purchase Price thereof, which purchase price shall be deposited in the Collection Account and the Master Servicer shall provide the Certificate Insurer and the Trustee with a Liquidation Report in the form of Exhibit L hereto with respect to each such Mortgage Loan.

• Lodging expenses are based on actual rates and must be liquidated with actual receipts using the Travel Liquidation Report.

• In addition to the foregoing, the Servicer shall provide the Trustee, the Depositor and the Seller at the time the tape is delivered to the Trustee a Liquidation Report and accompanying Officer's Certificate with respect to each Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the related Collection Period substantially in the form of Exhibits I and J hereto.

• With respect to the liquidation of a Mortgage Loan or disposition of an REO Property, upon the determination by the Master Servicer that all Liquidation Proceeds which it expects to recover with respect to such Mortgage Loan or REO Property have been recovered, the Master Servicer shall promptly deliver to the Certificate Insurer a related Liquidation Report with respect to such Mortgage Loan.
