Valuation Report definition
Valuation Report means a report by the Borrower, as of the close of business on a particular date, listing each security and other investment of the Borrower and the value thereof.
Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the proforma report contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller or, as applicable, any Originator, in respect of each Property obtained by the Seller in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy or a valuation report in respect of a valuation of a Property made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a Reasonable, Prudent Mortgage Lender and which has been approved by the relevant officers of the Seller or, as applicable, any Originator.
