Valuation Report definition

Valuation Report means a report by the Borrower, as of the close of business on a particular date, listing each security and other investment of the Borrower and the value thereof.
Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;
Valuation Report. The meaning specified in Section 10.5(b).

  • Each Valuation Report shall constitute instructions to the Collateral Agent to withdraw on the related Payment Date from the Payment Account and pay or transfer the amounts set forth in such report in the manner specified, and in accordance with the priorities established, in the Priority of Payments.

More Definitions of Valuation Report

Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, obtained by the Seller in respect of each Mortgaged Property or valuation report in respect of a valuation of a Mortgaged Property made using a methodology that would be acceptable to reasonable and prudent institutional mortgage lenders in the Seller’s market and that has been approved by the relevant officers of the Seller.
Valuation Report is defined in Section 6.5(c).
Valuation Report means the valuation reports substantially in the form of Exhibit I (i) related to the Credit Assets and Private Assets, provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇, LLC and (ii) related to the Consumer Receivables Assets, provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, in each case, or such other appraisal firm that is nationally or regionally recognized with respect to valuations of the relevant asset class and is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Valuation Report means a report furnished by the Valuation Agent to each Agent, the Required Note Purchasers, the Trustee and the Issuer pursuant to Section 6.09(a) hereof, the form of which is attached as Exhibit B to the Valuation Agreement.
