CMSA Historical Liquidation Report definition

CMSA Historical Liquidation Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Liquidation Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
CMSA Historical Liquidation Report. A report which is one element of the supplemental reports of the CMSA Investor Reporting Package and the form of which is attached to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as Exhibit X.
CMSA Historical Liquidation Report. A report which is one element of the supplemental reports of the CMSA Investor Reporting Package and is substantially in the form of, and contains the information called for in, the downloadable form entitled as such available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website.

CMSA Historical Liquidation Report. A report which is one element of the supplemental reports of the CMSA Investor Reporting Package, the form of which is set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
CMSA Historical Liquidation Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Historical Liquidation Loss Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website.
CMSA Historical Liquidation Report. A report or reports setting forth, among other things, as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Determination Date, (i) the amount of Liquidation Proceeds and Liquidation Expenses, both for the Collection Period ending on such Determination Date and for all prior Collection Periods, and (ii) the amount of Realized Losses occurring during such Collection Period and historically, set forth on a Mortgage Loan-by-Mortgage Loan and REO Property-by-REO Property basis, together with such additional information in respect of each Mortgage Loan and REO Property as to which a Final Recovery Determination has been made as is contemplated by Exhibit K hereto.

  • CREFC® Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in “Comparative Financial Status Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Subsequent Asset Status Report As defined in Section 3.19(d).

  • CMSA REO Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "REO Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report The monthly report in "Comparative Financial Status Report" format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally and, insofar as it requires the presentation of information in addition to that called for by the form of the "Comparative Financial Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA website, is reasonably acceptable to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable.

  • Loss-to-Liquidation Ratio means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) computed as of the last day of each calendar month by dividing (i) the aggregate Outstanding Balances (as of the last day of each of the three most recently ended calendar months (including the calendar month then ending)) of all Originator Receivables written off by the Originator or the Seller, or which should have been written off by the Originator or the Seller in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy, during each such calendar month by (ii) the aggregate amount of Collections of Originator Receivables actually received during such three calendar month period.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Appraisal Reduction Amount Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Appraisal Reduction Amount Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Reconciliation of Funds Report A monthly report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Reconciliation of Funds Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be recommended by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally; provided that, to the extent that such other form contemplates such additional information, such other form must be reasonably acceptable to the Certificate Administrator.
