  • For purposes of complying with application and renewal provisions of section 4.2 and the requirements under subsection 17.0(9) and 17.0(10), a Limousine Company holding a valid City of Vaughan licence may, on behalf of a Limousine Owner, submit and maintain the required documents and, under such circumstances, the Limousine Owner shall be required to consent to access to those documents by the City for purposes of the administration and enforcement of this By-law.

  • Every Limousine Owner shall produce proof of any vehicle and insurance coverage to the City upon demand.

  • Despite subsection 17.0(13)(b), a Limousine Owner may apply to continue to operate his or her Limousine for an additional year by making an application to the City.

  • Boat means any device capable of being used as a means of transportation on water.

  • School Site means the land set aside for each type of school, such as Elementary, Junior High, Senior High operated by the School Board, including but not limited to municipal school reserve;

  • Fire fighter means any person employed by the state or any political subdivision as a member or officer of a fire depart- ment or a member of a volunteer department, including the state fire marshal and deputies.

  • Firefighter means any regular, paid or volunteer, member of a lawfully constituted fire department of a municipal corporation, township, fire district, or village.
