Life span definition

Life span means conception to death.
Life span means the period of time specified in the maintenance agreement and/or conservation plan during which the conservation practice is to be maintained and used for the intended purpose.
Life span means the design life of the System, Equipment and/or Software, which extends for a minimum period of ten (10) years from the Delivery Date or as agreed by the Parties in writing in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
