Levy action means the garnishment procedure authorized by section 409.25656, F.S., beginning with the department’s issuance of a Notice of Freeze, including the freeze defined in paragraph (e), and ending with either the termination of the freeze or the department’s allocation of the proceeds from assets received from the custodian in the event the department issues a Notice of Levy.
