Action definition

Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).
Action means any claim, action, suit, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation by or before any Governmental Authority.

  • The parties agree that monetary damages may not be adequate compensation for any loss incurred by reason of any breach of obligations contained in the Transaction Documents and hereby agree to waive and not to assert in any Action for specific performance of any such obligation the defense that a remedy at law would be adequate.

  • The Company reserves the right to increase my Target Incentive pursuant to the Company’s employee compensation practices and policies in effect from time-to-time without requiring an amendment of this Agreement through the use of a Personnel Action Request, but in no event shall the Company reduce my Target Incentive (as the same may be increased during my employment) without my prior written consent.
