Action definition

Action shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(j).

Action means any claim, action, suit, arbitration, inquiry, proceeding or investigation by or before any Governmental Authority.

• The Notice of Disciplinary Action and statement of charges will be signed by the administrator with the date of delivery to the employee.
