Letter of Appointment definition

Letter of Appointment means the letter from the Customer to the Supplier dated [DD/MM/YYYY] (including its appendices) constituting the Order to provide the Contract Services;
Letter of Appointment means the letter from the Client to the Solicitor dated [DD/MM/YYYY] (including its appendices) containing the Order to provide the Contract Services;
