Leakage Notice definition

Leakage Notice has the meaning given in Clause 4.3;

Leakage Notice means the notice from the Seller to the Purchaser substantially in the form as included in Part 2 (Leakage Notice) of this Schedule 4 (Leakage);

Leakage Notice means a written notice of the occurrence of one or more instances of Leakage, stating in reasonable detail the nature of the Leakage and, if practicable, the Leakage Amount claimed.

Examples of Leakage Notice in a sentence

• UK Seller covenants to pay or cause to be paid to Purchaser, within 15 Business Days after a Leakage Notice becomes final and binding on the parties hereto pursuant to Section 3.03, an amount in cash equal to the amount or value of such Leakage (the “Leakage Amount”).

• Household - LeakageNIW operates a Leakage Notice Procedure in accordance with the Water & Sewage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 whereby a customer with a supply pipe leak receives a notice, which currently gives 28 days for repairs to be completed by the customer.

Leakage Notice has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.13(c).
