SOFR Observation Period definition
SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;
SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of each Interest Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of the relevant Interest Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the last day of such Interest Period;

SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of any Floating Interest Period, the period from (and including) the date falling "p" U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the first day of such Floating Interest Period to (but excluding) the date falling "p" U.S. Government Securities Business Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Floating Interest Period or such other date on which the relevant payment of interest falls due (but which by its definition or the operation of the relevant provisions is excluded from such Interest Period);
