Relevant Breach definition

Relevant Breach has the meaning given in Clause 38.9; (a)
Relevant Breach means any event, matter or circumstance which is inconsistent with, contrary to or otherwise a breach of any of the Warranties;
Relevant Breach has the meaning given to it in clause 4.4;

Relevant Breach means any event, matter or circumstance which is inconsistent with, contrary to or otherwise a breach of any of the Warranties (as qualified by clause 7.2(a));
