Relevant Breach definition

Relevant Breach has the meaning given in Clause 38.9; (a)

Relevant Breach means any event, matter or circumstance which is inconsistent with, contrary to or otherwise a breach of any of the Warranties;

Examples of Relevant Breach in a sentence

• Loans which contain a mandatory arbitration clause that limits in any way the right of the borrower to seek relief through the judicial process for any and all claims and defenses the borrower may have against the lender, broker, or other party involved in the loan transaction.

More Definitions of Relevant Breach

Relevant Breach means any event, matter or circumstance which is inconsistent with, contrary to or otherwise a breach of any of the Warranties (as qualified by clause 7.2(a));
