Lawn and Garden Use definition

Lawn and Garden Use means (a) Residential Use as defined in 40 C.F.R. 152.3(u), and (b) any use for which a pesticide can be registered for use under FIFRA or other statutes, rules and regulations throughout the Included Markets in connection with vegetation control in, on or around homes, residential lawns, and residential gardens.

  • Residential Use Area: Area used solely for the purpose or purposes of (i) growing and maintaining a lawn, shrubbery, or garden in the ARRC ROW without structures except as specifically allowed by this paragraph (Lawn and Garden Use); and/or (ii) keeping, maintaining and/or repairing approved residential-related structures in the ARRC ROW (Residential Structure Use).

  • Supportive housing means housing with no limit on length of stay, that is occupied by the target population, and that is linked to an onsite or offsite service that assists the supportive housing resident in retaining the housing, improving his or her health status, and maximizing his or her ability to live and, when possible, work in the community.

  • Pet means positron emission tomography.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Information Technology Systems means all information technology systems, Software, computers, workstations, databases, routers, hubs, switches, networks and other information technology equipment used or held for use in, or otherwise relating to, the Business.
