Landlord’s Construction Representative. As defined in Section 1.1.
Landlord’s Construction Representative means any person(s) designated by Landlord in writing from time to time to serve as its representative during the performance of Landlord’s Work and Tenant’s Work. As of the date hereof, Landlord’s Construction Representative shall be Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, whose email address is xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
Landlord’s Construction Representative means Jxx XxXxxxx; provided, however, that Landlord can change or replace any Landlord’s Construction Representative by delivering written notice to Tenant.

  • Except to the extent that another time period is expressly herein set forth, Tenant shall respond to any request from Landlord, Landlord’s architect, Landlord’s contractor and/or Landlord’s Construction Representative for approvals or information in connection with Landlord’s Work, within two (2) business days of Tenant’s receipt of such request.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon consents or approvals from Landlord’s Construction Representative in all matters concerning plans and construction as if the consents and approvals had been given directly by Landlord.

  • Landlord’s Construction Representative shall review Claims and take one or more of the following preliminary actions within 3 business days of receipt of a Claim: (1) request additional supporting data from Tenant’s Construction Representative, (2) submit a schedule to the parties indicating when Landlord’s Construction Representative expects to take action, (3) reject the Claim in whole or in part, stating reasons for rejection, (4) recommend approval of the Claim by Landlord or (5) suggest a compromise.

  • If a Claim has been resolved, Landlord’s Construction Representative will prepare written documentation evidencing such resolution which shall be executed by both Landlord and Tenant.

  • On or before the date upon Tenant occupies the Premises, Landlord shall cause the General Contractor to inspect the Premises with Landlord’s Construction Representative and Tenant’s Construction Representative and to complete a written punch list of unfinished items of Tenant Improvements prior to Tenant’s move into the Premises.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of
