Laboratory Biological Materials definition

Laboratory Biological Materials means biological materials capable of replication or reproduction, such as plasmids, deoxyribonucleic acid molecules, ribonucleic acid molecules, living organisms of any sort and their progeny, including viruses, prokaryote and eukaryote cell lines, transgenic plants and animals, and any derivatives or modifications thereof or products produced through their use or associated biological products, made under this contract.
Laboratory Biological Materials means biological materials capable of replication or reproduction, such as plasmids, viruses, DNA molecules, RNA molecules, procaryot or eucaryot cell lines, and the like or associated biological products made under this contract by Laboratory employees or through the use of Laboratory research facilities.
