CASA means a court-appointed special advocate;
Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
WADA means the World Anti-Doping Agency.
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
CAFA means the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1711–1715.
WURA means the Winding-Up and Restructuring Act (Canada).
CJA means the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c C-43, as amended;
DEL means the Department of Early Learning of the State of Washington; any division, section, office, unit or other entity of DEL; or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing DEL.
PSLRA means the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, 15 U.S.C. § 78u-4, as amended.
ESFA means the Education and Skills Funding Agency;
ATO means the Australian Taxation Office;
SOFRi means the SOFR for:
PSEA means the employers' association that is established for post-secondary institutions under the Public Sector Employers' Act and that is the employer bargaining agent for all institutions.
WARO means "weeks after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
dBA means sound pressure level measured on the "A" weight scale in decibels.
SI means the abbreviation for the International System of Units.
OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.
DfE means Department for Education;
CESA means the California Endangered Species Act (Fish & G. Code, § 2050 et seq.) and all rules, regulations and guidelines promulgated pursuant to that Act.
DARO means "days after the effective date for award of the contractual action".
Cueing means giving verbal, audio, or visual clues during an activity to help an individual complete the activity without hands-on assistance.
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
GoM means the Government of the State of Maharashtra and any agency, legislative body, department, political subdivision, authority or instrumentality thereof.
Parade means any procession or body of pedestrians, except members of the Armed Forces, numbering more than 30, standing, marching or walking on any street or sidewalk, or any group of vehicles numbering ten or more, except funeral processions, standing or moving on any street;
POPI means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, as amended from time to time, together with any regulations issued from time to time in terms thereof;
