Key Consultants definition

Key Consultants means any executive-level employee of ▇▇▇▇ BioPharma, Inc., as well as any employee or consultant of ▇▇▇▇ BioPharma, Inc. who either alone or in concert with others develops, invents, programs or designs any Company Intellectual Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
Key Consultants has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(y).
Key Consultants means those Key Consultants named in a Statement of Work or as otherwise agreed by the parties from time to time.

  • On January 2, 2004 the Company will grant to the Employee 250,000 stock options to purchase 250,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock pursuant to the Company’s 2004 Stock Option Plan for Directors, Officers, Employees, and Key Consultants of InterMetro Communications, Inc.
