Junior Indenture trustee definition

Junior Indenture trustee or "institutional trustee" means the Trustee.
Junior Indenture trustee or “institutional trustee” means the Trustee. “Obligor” on the Junior Indenture securities means the Company and any other obligor on the Debentures. All other TIA terms used in this Junior Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined by TIA reference to another statute or defined by SEC rules have the meanings assigned to them by such definitions.
