JSE Member definition

JSE Member means an equities member, which is a category of Authorised User admitted to membership of the JSE;
JSE Member means a member of the JSE, being a category of authorised user (as defined in section 1 of the SSA), which person is identified on the cover page of This BEE Contract;11

  • You, the Registered Shareholder, the CSDP, the JSE Member, IH and the IHRS agree that This BEE Contract cannot be amended by any of you without the prior written consent of all the Specified Issuers.

  • These are the only fees for the Transaction, and the Transaction Fee covers all other costs related to this Transaction (including Strate settlement fees, JSE Member transaction fees and bank costs for payment of settlement proceeds if you have chosen to be paid out on settlement date after your order results in a Transaction).

  • Clauses 21.1 and 21.2 constitute stipulatio alteri for the benefit of the directors, employees, servants, agents or contractors of the Registered Shareholder, JSE Member, CSDP, IH and IHRS or other persons for whom in law the Registered Shareholder, JSE Member, CSDP, IH or IHRS may be liable, which they will be entitled to accept at any time by notifying You in writing of their acceptance.

Related to JSE Member

  • Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Special Member means, upon such person’s admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person’s capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;
