Itinerant Show definition
Itinerant Show means any form of a commercial entertainment or amusement conducted or performed by a person not a resident of the City, but does not include entertainment produced by a person in the City who has a business license for producing or staging such entertainment.
Itinerant Show means a production, demonstration or game of any kind that people observe or attend for a fee and that is presented or held less than 25 times in any year;
