Italian Collateral definition

Italian Collateral means all of the Italian assets which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, segregated by virtue of the Italian Securitisation Law.
Italian Collateral means the "Collateral" as such term is defined in the Italian Credit Agreement.
Italian Collateral means collectively, (i) Italian Subsidiary Collateral and (ii) Italian Stock.
