Examples of ISP Terms in a sentence

  • I acknowledge that each of my ISP and OLP may have one or more separate agreements, policies or other terms covering my rights and obligations with regard to the HSD Service ("ISP Terms" or "OLP Terms," as applicable) that are also binding on me.

  • I agree that I am solely responsible for contacting my ISP or OLP in addition to Gold Coast Broadband to ensure that all such services are terminated in accordance with the ISP Terms or OLP Terms, as applicable.

  • All other Software is licensed under the ISP Terms and is not the responsibility of Operator.

  • I agree that I am solely responsible for contacting my ISP or OLP in addition to HiPer Networks to ensure that all such services are terminated in accordance with the ISP Terms or OLP Terms, as applicable.

Related to ISP Terms

  • Use Terms means the Software Use Rights document as defined in the Order Form.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Microsoft Products and Professional Services available through volume licensing. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
