HSD Service definition

HSD Service and “High Speed Data Service” mean the online content, features, functions and Services (which may include Internet access) of the ISP or OLP selected by me, as provided over Gold Coast Broadband’s cable systems.
HSD Service and "High Speed Data Service" means our broadband Internet service (including when distributed over an in-home wi-fi network) and wireless data services (including our out-of-home wi-fi service).
HSD Service shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.02(c).

Examples of HSD Service in a sentence

  • I further agree that my ISP (and, if applicable, OLP) has the right to add to, modify, or delete any aspect, feature or requirement of the HSD Service (including content, price and system requirements).

  • My continued use of the HSD Service will constitute my acceptance of any new limits.

  • If a third party sues us based on your use of our Services, Equipment or Software (for example, claiming theft or copyright infringement based on something you posted on-line using our HSD Service), or based on a breach by you of any Customer Agreement(s), you will indemnify us (in other words, reimburse us) for any losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that we suffer.

  • Each tier of HSD Service includes an allotment of bandwidth consumption (downstream or downloading and upstream or uploading are aggregated for purposes of determining your consumption) that you may use during each calendar month at no additional charge.

  • In addition to complying with the limitations for specific features, you must ensure that your activities do not improperly restrict, inhibit, or degrade any other user’s use of the HSD Service, nor represent (in Wave’s sole judgment) an unusually great burden on our network itself.

  • You must comply with the current terms of use set forth in Wave’s Residential Services Subscriber Agreement (“RSSA”) and Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) (the RSSA and AUP are posted at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or on an alternative website, if we so notify you, and may be revised by us from time to time) and other terms of use that correspond with the package of HSD Service you selected.

  • I agree that each Computer will need to meet certain minimum hardware and software requirements that will be specified for the HSD Service, and that such requirements may be changed from time to time by Connections or my ISP or OLP.

  • You understand and agree that the actual throughput rate you may experience at any time will vary based on numerous factors, such as the condition of wiring at your location, computer configurations, Internet and network congestion and management, the time of day at which the HSD Service is used, and the website servers you access, among other factors.


More Definitions of HSD Service

HSD Service and “High Speed Data Service” means our broadband Internet service (including when distributed over an in-home wifi network) and wireless data services (including our out-of-home wifi service).
HSD Service shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.02(c). “HSR Act” means the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Cloud Service means any distinct, subscription-based, hosted, supported and operated on-demand solution provided by SAP under an Order Form.

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Hosted Service means the provision of and access to the Vocera Care Transition Software and related services either at your site and/or via secure electronic access over the Internet provided to you by Vocera and/or its designee.   • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • Black Start Service means the capability of generating units to start without an outside electrical supply or the demonstrated ability of a generating unit with a high operating factor (subject to Transmission Provider concurrence) to automatically remain operating at reduced levels when disconnected from the grid.
