IRU Agreements definition

IRU Agreements means those certain IRU agreements executed by the Borrower, the Foreign Borrower or their Subsidiaries and detailed on Schedule 1.04 hereof.

IRU Agreements means (i) that certain IRU Agreement (ABS Bridge), dated as of the Closing Date, by and among Uniti Fiber OpCo Holdings and its Subsidiaries party thereto, as grantors, and Uniti Fiber GulfCo LLC, as grantee and (ii) any other IRU Agreements, each substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto (or such other form reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Requisite Lenders)), pursuant to which the applicable Uniti OpCo, as grantor, grants to the applicable Asset Entity, as grantee, an IRU with respect to the applicable IRU Property (as defined therein).

IRU Agreements means the Long-Haul Agreement, the Clarification Agreement, the Modification Agreement, and any and all amendments to any and all of them;

• The Group has entered into Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) Agreements for the provision of fibre assets for a term of 20 years with payment at the commencement of the agreements.
