Investor Agent’s Account means (a) with respect to Gotham and its Related Banks, the special account (account number 310035147) of their Investor Agent maintained at the office of BTM at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, or such other account as such Investor Agent shall designate in writing to the Seller, the Collection Agent and the Program Agent, and (b) with respect to any other Investor and its Related Banks, the special account of their Investor Agent maintained at the office of their Investor Agent identified in the related Group Assignment, or such other account as such Investor Agent shall designate in writing to the Seller, the Collection Agent and the Program Agent.

Examples of Investor Agent’s Account in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of funds deposited into an Investor Agent’s Account, the applicable Investor Agent (or, with respect to funds payable to the Program Agent remitted to the Investor Agent’s Account of BTMU, the Program Agent) shall distribute such funds to itself and the other members of its Group as their interests appear pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Investor Agent’s Account

  • Agent’s Account means the Deposit Account of Agent identified on Schedule A-1.

  • Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.

  • Funds Account means an account held by you or any third parties maintained with any Participant.

  • Controlled Disbursement Account means any accounts of the Borrowers maintained with the Administrative Agent as a zero balance, cash management account pursuant to and under any agreement between a Borrower and the Administrative Agent, as modified and amended from time to time, and through which all disbursements of a Borrower, any other Loan Party and any designated Subsidiary of a Borrower are made and settled on a daily basis with no uninvested balance remaining overnight.

  • First Lien Administrative Agent means the “Administrative Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Administrative Agent’s Office means the Administrative Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 10.02, or such other address or account as the Administrative Agent may from time to time notify to the Borrower and the Lenders.

  • Borrower Account has the meaning specified in Section 2.11(a)(ii).

  • Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.
