Each Lender shall effect such purchase by making available the amount of such L▇▇▇▇▇’s participation in such Revolving Loans in U.S. dollars in immediately available funds to Agent’s Account.
The Borrower shall make the payment amount specified in such notice by wire transfer of immediately available funds by 2:00 p.m. to the Agent’s Account.

Each Borrower shall make each payment hereunder with respect to principal of, interest on, and other amounts relating to, Advances denominated in an Alternative Currency, irrespective of any right of counterclaim or set-off, not later than 1:00 P.M. (at the Payment Office for such Committed Currency) on the day when due in such Alternative Currency to the Agent, by deposit of such funds to the applicable Agent’s Account in same day funds.
