Investment Grade Company definition

Investment Grade Company means a company that has senior unsecured long-term indebtedness for borrowed money that is rated at least BBB- by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services and at least Baa3 by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.
Investment Grade Company means a Person whose debt securities are rated BBB- or higher by Standard & Poor's Ratings Service, Inc. or Baa3 or higher by Moodx'x Xxxestor Service, Inc. (or an equivalent rating by another nationally recognized rating agency).

Letter of Credit shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit 2.9.
