More Definitions of Investment Affiliate

Investment Affiliate means any Person in whom EOPT or Borrower holds an equity interest, directly or indirectly, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of EOPT or Borrower on the consolidated financial statements of EOPT and Borrower.

Investment Affiliate means, with respect to Sponsor, any fund or investment vehicle that (a) is organized by Sponsor for the purpose of making equity or debt investments in one or more companies and (b) is controlled by Sponsor. For purposes of this definition “control” means the power to direct or cause the direction of management and policies of a Person, whether by contract or otherwise.

Investment Affiliate means any joint venture or Subsidiary, whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Borrower on the consolidated financial statements of the Borrower.

Investment Affiliate means any Person in which the Consolidated Group, directly or indirectly, holds an ownership interest whose financial results are not consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of the Consolidated Group.

Investment Affiliate means the Company or any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity (other than the Partnership or the Trust) that (i) is controlled by the Company and (ii) is not an investment company by reason of Section 3(a) or 3(b) of the 1940 Act or is otherwise an eligible recipient of funds directly or indirectly from the Trust pursuant to an order issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
