Affiliated Funds definition
Affiliated Funds are any fund of ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Trust (“JHVIT”), ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Funds II (“JHF II”) or ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.
Affiliated Funds means Funds that are administered or managed by (i) a single entity or (ii) an Affiliate of such entity.
Affiliated Funds means certain sub-funds not within the Company as determined by the Directors from time to time and that are managed by affiliates of the Investment Managers;
