Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which Shipper contracts with Transporter for Interruptible Service, a standard form of which is attached as Appendix II hereto.

  • Any Shipper who qualifies under paragraphs (i) or (ii) above by virtue of an Affiliate guaranteeing the obligations of the Shipper shall provide an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee from the Affiliate, in Transporter’s usual form, and shall provide the guarantee concurrently with the execution of the Transportation Service Agreement, Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement, or Receipt Only Service Agreement.
