Internet Purchase definition

Internet Purchase means the purchase of Goods and/or Services from a Retailer charged to an Account where the Account information necessary to effect the purchase is provided through an Internet Site.
Internet Purchase. A purchase of goods or services whose purchase value is over $200.00 at the time of purchase by a Member and/or Covered Family Member from a website on the worldwide web.

  • Where the Customer delivers to NetVu Limited an Internet Purchase Order, this shall be deemed to be an offer made by the Customer to purchase Products as set out in it and on these Terms and Conditions, which offer shall be deemed accepted and a contract formed between the Customer and NetVu Limited on the delivery to the Customer of an Internet Order Acknowledgement by or on behalf of NetVu Limited.

  • During the Internet Purchase Period: (i) Retailer shall use reasonable efforts to conform the Retailer Website to be reasonably compatible with the Payment Authorization Technology; and (ii) Bank shall provide to Retailer ninety (90) days prior notification of any planned changes in the Payment Authorization Technology that would require any changes in the Retailer Website.
