Internet Bandwidth or “IP Bandwidth” means the Internet bandwidth provided by Licensor or a third party service licensor, which features multi-homed connectivity from two or more connections, unless otherwise specified.

  • If in its judgment AVN determines that Customer is not creditworthy or is otherwise not financially secure, AVN may, upon written notice to Customer, modify the payment terms to require full payment before the provision of Internet Bandwidth Services or other assurances and deposits necessary to secure Customer's payment obligations hereunder.
