Intermediate Guarantors definition

Intermediate Guarantors collectively means the Company, Holdings, UK Holdco, NTL Communications Limited and any future Subsidiary of the Company of which the Issuer is a Subsidiary, which future Subsidiary shall be required to Guarantee the Notes on a senior basis in accordance with Section 11.06 hereof. The guarantee of the Notes by each Intermediate Guarantor is referred to as an “Intermediate Guarantee.”
Intermediate Guarantors collectively means the Company, Holdings, UK Holdco, Virgin Media Communications Limited and any future Subsidiary of the Company of which the Issuer is a Subsidiary, which future Subsidiary shall be required to Guarantee the Notes on a senior basis in accordance with Section 11.06 hereof.

  • Original Guarantor means the Persons identified as such in the first paragraph of this Indenture until a successor Person shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter each such successor Person shall be an “Original Guarantor”.

  • Corporate Guaranty means a legal document used by an entity to guaranty the obligations of another entity. Cost of New Entry:

  • Intermediate means an emergency medical technician-intermediate.

  • Non-Guarantor means any Restricted Subsidiary that is not a Guarantor.
