Interim Order Date definition

Interim Order Date means the date that the Court signs the Interim Borrowing Order.
Interim Order Date means December 9, 2002.

More Definitions of Interim Order Date

Interim Order Date means the date of entry of the Interim Order. “Investments” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3. “Lenders” shall mean the Prior Lenders as lenders under this Agreement.

  • Interim Order means the interim order of the Court, as the same may be amended, in respect of the Arrangement, as contemplated by Section 2.3;
