Interest Accrual Periods definition

Interest Accrual Periods means each period from, and including, an Interest Accrual Period End Date (or in the case of the first Interest Accrual Period, the Interest Commencement Date) to, but excluding, the next Interest Accrual Period End Date (or, in the case of the final Interest Accrual Period, the Maturity Date or, if the Issuer elects to redeem the notes prior to the Maturity Date, the Redemption Date);
Interest Accrual Periods for the indicated Regular Interests for such Distribution Date) equal to (a) the product of (i) 50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties then outstanding and (ii) the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I- LTAA minus the Marker Rate, divided by (b) 12.

  • Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
