Class A Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Interest Accrual Amounts for the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date.

Interest Accrual Amount As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates (other than the Class A-PO Certificates), (a) the product of (i) 1/12th of the Class A Pass-Through Rate for such Class and (ii) the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (b) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of (i) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date, (ii) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class A Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e) and (iii) the interest portion of any Realized Losses (other than Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses) allocated to the Class A Certificates on or after the Cross-Over Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e). The Class A-PO Certificates have no Interest Accrual Amount. As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, an amount equal to (i) the product of 1/12th of the Class B Pass-Through Rate and the Principal Balance of such Class as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Class B Interest Percentage of such Class of (x) any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (y) the interest portion of any Excess Special Hazard Losses, Excess Fraud Losses and Excess Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Class B Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(e).

Interest Accrual Date means with respect to any Security, the date the Company accepts funds for the purchase of the Security if such funds are received by 3:00 p.m. (EDT) on a Business Day, or if such funds are not so received, on the next Business Day.

Class B Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class B Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class B Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class B Initial Principal Balance.

Accrual Amount With respect to any Class of Accrual Certificates and any Distribution Date prior to the Accrual Termination Date, the amount allocable to interest on such Class of Accrual Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.02(a)(ii).

Interest Accrual Period means the period beginning on (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and ending on (but excluding) the first Interest Period Date and each successive period beginning on (and including) an Interest Period Date and ending on (but excluding) the next succeeding Interest Period Date.

Aggregate Class B Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class B Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class B Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

Class X-D Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-D Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-D Components.

Class A-1 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of the actual number of days in such Interest Period and a year assumed to consist of 360 days) on the Class A‑1 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑1 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑1 Initial Principal Balance.

Class A-X Notional Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the aggregate Scheduled Principal Balance of the Non-Discount Mortgage Loans.

Note Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date and a Class of Notes, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Note Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Class of Notes. For all purposes of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents, interest with respect to the Class A-2, Class A-3 and Class A-4 Notes shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months; and interest with respect to the Class A-1 Notes shall be computed on the basis of the actual number of days in each applicable Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360.

Aggregate Class C Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for the Class C Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class C Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

Class A-3 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑3 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑3 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑3 Initial Principal Balance.

Class A-4 Interest Distributable Amount means the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Period (calculated on the basis of a 360 day year consisting of twelve 30 day months) on the Class A‑4 Principal Balance as of the immediately preceding Payment Date (after giving effect to payments of principal made on such immediately preceding Payment Date) at the Class A‑4 Rate or, in the case of the first Payment Date, on the Class A‑4 Initial Principal Balance.

Class B-3 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date after distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount, and the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (1) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (2) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (3) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (4) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (5) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (7) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (8) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (9) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class B-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (10) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-3 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (b) the lesser of (1) the product of (x) 86.20% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month), and (2) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

Class B Principal Distributable Amount means, for any Distribution Date: (A) during the Revolving Period, zero; and (B) during the Amortization Period, an amount equal to the lesser of: (i) the positive difference of (x) Available Funds remaining after payment of the amounts set forth in clauses (i) through (iv) of Section 5.08(a) hereto minus (y) the Class A Principal Distributable Amount and (ii) the Class B Note Balance; provided, however, on the Class B Stated Final Maturity Date, the Class B Principal Distributable Amount will equal the Class B Note Balance.

Certificate Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Certificate Monthly Interest Distributable Amount for such Payment Date and the Certificate Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.

Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).

Class B-1 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (x) the remaining Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date after distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount, the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount and the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount and (y) the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of (1) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (2) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (3) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (4) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (5) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (6) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (7) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the distribution of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (8) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date, over (b) the lesser of (1) the product of (x) 84.40% and (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during the prior calendar month), and (2) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period, and after reduction for Realized Losses incurred during prior calendar month) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).

Class A Interest Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date and each class of Class A Notes, an amount equal to the sum of: (i) the aggregate amount of interest accrued on the Class A Notes at the related Note Rate from and including the preceding Distribution Date (or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding the current Distribution Date plus (ii) the related Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall for the current Distribution Date.

Aggregate Class A Interest Distributable Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the aggregate of the Note Class Interest Distributable Amount for each class of the Class A Notes as of such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class A Interest Carryover Shortfall as of the close of the preceding Distribution Date.

Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

Current Class B Interest Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class B Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, eighth, eleventh, fourteenth, seventeenth and twentieth of Section 4.01(a) on such Distribution Date.

Class X-A Notional Amount With respect to the Class X-A Certificates as of any date of determination, the sum of the Component Notional Amounts of the Class X-A Components.
