The Integrity Unit will be governed by an Integrity Unit Board in accordance with the Rules and Regulations.
Members of the Integrity Unit Board may be re-appointed for further terms of office in accordance with this Constitution, without limitation.

The procedures of the Integrity Unit Board Appointments Panel shall be set out in the Rules and Regulations.
