Initial Warning Notice definition

Initial Warning Notice has the meaning assigned to it in the Project Agreement. “Intercreditor Agent” has the meaning assigned to it in the Collateral Agency Agreement. “Intercreditor Agreement” has the meaning assigned to it in the Collateral Agency Agreement.
