Initial Evaluation Fee definition

Initial Evaluation Fee means the fee listed in Column (1) of the Fee Schedules, non-refundable processing fee and all other estimated applicable fees such as for Rule 20.2 and Rule 1200 compliance reviews.
Initial Evaluation Fee means the fee listed in Column (1) of the Fee Schedules.

  • If an application for an Authority to Construct/Permit to Operate is denied or cancelled, the District will refund the Initial Application Fee, less the $105 74 Non- refundable Processing Fee, the Initial Evaluation Fee (if a dollar amount is listed in Column (1), and not T+M or T+RN), and all other costs incurred by the District to evaluate the application.

Related to Initial Evaluation Fee

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Liquidation Fee The fee designated as such in, and payable to the Special Servicer in connection with certain events in respect of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan or an Administered REO Property pursuant to, Section 3.11(c).

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Option Fee means an amount equal to 7% of the Specified Amount;

  • Processing Fee means in relation to a Transaction Summary delivered:

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Administration Fee means the fee payable to the Administrator pursuant to Section 3 of the Administration Agreement.
