Underwriting Fee definition

Underwriting Fee has the meaning given to it in the ninth paragraph of this Agreement;

Examples of Underwriting Fee in a sentence

  • The Securities shall be delivered against payment by the Underwriter, to the Selling Shareholder, of the purchase price for the Securities net of the applicable Underwriting Fee, by wire transfer of immediately available funds.

  • As regards Section 18.1(i)(A) above, benefits received by the Selling Shareholder shall be deemed to be equal to the total proceeds (before deducting expenses) received by them from the offering of the Securities purchased by the Underwriter from the Selling Shareholder, and benefits received by the Underwriter shall be deemed to be equal to the total Underwriting Fee received from the Selling Shareholder.

  • Any such reduction shall not affect the Underwriting Fee or the Purchase Price.


More Definitions of Underwriting Fee

Underwriting Fee has the meaning given to it above;
