Informal bidding procedure definition

Informal bidding procedure means that at least three (3) bids shall be obtained from a predetermined vendor list for purchases of more than thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) and less than one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) and the general manager shall approve final selection.
