Inactive Companies definition

Inactive Companies means, collectively, Inactive Non-Guarantor Parties and Inactive Subsidiaries.
Inactive Companies means Seebeck 31 Limited, Euro Car Parts Limited (registered in Republic of Ireland), Euro Car Parts (Northern Ireland) Limited, Car Parts 4 Less Limited and Euro Garage Solutions Limited;
Inactive Companies means Rad Air Snowboards AG, Zero Degree Manufacturing AG and Völkl Snowboard Verwaltungs GmbH (it being understood that these are the only inactive Völkl Group Companies).

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Combined Company means Holdco and its consolidated subsidiaries after giving effect to the Business Combination.
