Implementation Approach. Each SOW will include a description of the Implementation Approach for the SOW. Each of SI and the Province will perform their respective obligations, including without limitation the performance of the Services and the delivery of all Deliverables by SI and the completion of all Acceptance Tests by the Province, in accordance with the timetable and deadlines specified in the Implementation Approach.
Implementation Approach means the plan and schedule for the performance by the parties of their respective obligations under a SOW or in respect of any Project Phase or the ICM Project, as agreed between the parties in a SOW.
