Identified Omnibus Segregated Clearing Clients means, in relation to a Relevant Client Clearing Business, (i) certain Omnibus Segregated Clearing Clients of the relevant Clearing Member or FCM whose identities have been recorded by the Onboarding department of the Clearing House and who are grouped together in a single Omnibus Segregated Account of the Clearing Member but who are not Affiliated Omnibus Segregated Clearing Clients; together with (ii) for the purposes of the Default Rules, any Determined Omnibus Net Segregated Clearing Clients who are grouped together in a single Omnibus Segregated Account

  • LCH will then take instruction from those Clearing Clients who are Individual Segregated Account Clients, Identified Omnibus Segregated Clearing Clients and Affiliated Omnibus Segregated Clearing Clients and either (i) pay the Client Clearing Entitlements to the Defaulter for the account of the relevant Clearing Clients or (ii) pay the Client Clearing Entitlement directly to the relevant Clearing Client (subject to execution of documentation required by LCH).

  • Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement.

  • Collection Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.1.

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.

  • Principal Account(s means deposit accounts of the Fund carried on the books of BBH&Co. as principal in accordance with Section 7 hereof.

  • Transaction Account means a cash account established and maintained by Repo Custodian for the Funds to effect repurchase transactions pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Omnibus Account means any Shareholder Account the record owner of which is a registered broker-dealer which has agreed with the Transfer Agent to provide sub-transfer agent functions relating to each Sub-shareholder Account within such Shareholder Account as contemplated by this Schedule I in respect of each of the Funds.

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Designated Deposit Account is Borrower’s deposit account, account number , maintained with Bank.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Excluded Deposit Account means (a) any deposit account exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes, and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of Borrower’s employees and identified to Bank by Borrower as such and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Excluded Deposit Accounts means (i) any payroll account, (ii) any withholding tax, benefits, escrow, trust, customs or any other fiduciary account and (iii) any zero balance deposit account.
