Collateral Balance definition

Collateral Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Pool Balance as of such date, and (ii) the Pre-Funded Amount as of such date.
Collateral Balance means (i) with respect to a Purchased Policy (other than an Escrow Policy), the Purchase Price for such Policy together with the amount of all premiums in respect of such Policy that have been paid by or on behalf of the Borrower or the Titling Trust during the period such Policy was included in the Collateral hereunder and (ii) with respect to an Escrow Policy, the lesser of (A) the Purchase Price for such Policy and (B) the funds currently held by an Eligible Escrow Agent pursuant to an Eligible Escrow Agreement in respect of such Purchase Price; provided that upon receipt of any Liquidation Proceeds for a Policy, the Collateral Balance of such Policy shall be deemed to be zero.
Collateral Balance. With respect to any date of determination, the sum, without duplication, of (a) the Pool Balance (including, for this purpose, the principal balance of each Carried Defaulted Obligation but only until such time as the payments of principal or Contributions referred to in the definition thereof have been received by the Issuer) as of such date, plus (b) the amounts on deposit in the Prefunding Account and the Reinvesting Revolver Funding Account, Principal Proceeds on deposit in the Reinvestment Collection Subaccount and Principal Proceeds on deposit in the Principal Collection Subaccount available to purchase Additional Collateral Obligations (in each case, including Eligible Investments therein) and the amounts anticipated to be deposited into the Principal Collection Subaccount on the Payment Date immediately succeeding such date of determination.

  • As of any date of determination and Loan Group, will be equal to applicable Aggregate Loan Group Balance plus the amount, if any, then on deposit in the Prefunding Account, with respect to the related Loan Group; provided that the Aggregate Loan Group Collateral Balance as of the Initial Cut-off Date will include the Prefunded Amount.
