Hotel Lessee definition

Hotel Lessee means each operating lessee under a Hotel Operating Lease.

Hotel Lessee means, with respect to any Individual Property that is subject to a Hotel Lease, the lessee with respect thereto. The initial Hotel Lessees under the Hotel Leases in effect as of the date hereof are identified on Schedule III attached hereto.

Hotel Lessee means Wine Country Hotel, LLC.

Hotel Lessee means each Venture Vehicle that is an operating lessee under a Hotel Operating Lease, including, without limitation, each of HCIN Water Street Lessee, LLC, HCIN Maiden Hotel Lessee, LLC, HCIN Chelsea Grand East Lessee, LLC, HCIN Herald Square Lessee, LLC, HCIN Duo Three Lessee, LLC, HCIN Duo Two Lessee, LLC and HCIN Duo One Lessee, LLC.

Hotel Lessee means any of the Subsidiaries of Crestline which will lease one or more Full-Service Hotels from a Hotel Lessor or sublease one or more Limited Service Hotels from an HPT Sublessor, respectively.

Hotel Lessee has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereto.

Hotel Lessee means NRI Real Token Tenant, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, together with its successors and/or assigns.

Hotel Lessee means Kingsdell L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.
