Whenever a Medical Staff Member, while on the Hospital Medical Staff, is convicted of, pleads guilty or pleads nolo contender (no contest) in any jurisdiction of the United States Medical Staff Member crime identified in Part II, Section 12.1.2.1, the Medical Staff Member's Medical Staff Membership and/or Clinical Privileges at the Hospital shall immediately terminate.
