Hines Controlled Entity. Any partnership, limited liability company, corporation, trust or other entity which is, directly or indirectly, Controlled by (a) Hines, (b) HREH and/or (c) Jxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and/or Gxxxxx X. Xxxxx or, in the event of the death or disability of Jxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and/or Gxxxxx X. Xxxxx, the heirs, legal representatives or estates of either or both of them.
