Examples of Controlled Group in a sentence
The Borrower and all members of the Controlled Group have made any and all payments required to be made under any agreement relating to a Multiemployer Plan or a Multiple Employer Plan or any Applicable Law pertaining thereto.
Neither the Borrower nor any member of the Controlled Group has incurred, or is reasonably expected to incur, any withdrawal liability to Multiemployer Plans or Multiple Employer Plans.
Except as would not have a Material Adverse Effect, with respect to any Pension Plan each Borrower and each member of its Controlled Group has fulfilled its obligations under the minimum funding standards of, and is in compliance with, ERISA and the Code to the extent applicable to it.
